Two arrangements ordered by two different people for my Mothers funeral DID NOT SHOW UP IN TIME! Didn't show up until after the service. Both orders were placed well in advance. Only offered apologies, no attempt to make it right.
Living in Washington State , I appreciated the friendly and knowledgeable reception I received by telephone and the flower arrangement was gorgeous and delivered promptly. I would highly recommend this florist!
