This florist went above and beyond for a delivery that was called in. I told them right away this could potentially be a one of a kind order. The lady I spoke with, kept me in the loop until we had a resolution. They were so kind and amazing - not once got irritated with what I was trying to accomplish.
I needed flowers for a last-minute project, and after calling several florists, Friendly Florist came through! They had exactly what I needed and had everything ready for pickup when I arrived. The customer service was outstanding; from Phyllis, who took my order over the phone, to Holly, who took great care of me at the register. Friendly Florist definitely lives up to its name. Highly recommend!
I've ordered flowers from this shop a few times before, and I have never been disappointed. They have always provided amazing quality flowers that are vibrant and fragrant for weeks. I highly suggest these people for anyone special in your life, especially around mother's day because it'll show you care.
