I can not recommend this shop enough, they are always "friendly", professional, and amazingly understanding when I have to make adjustments from a million miles away!
I ordered some flowers for my daughter for her birthday, it was supposed to be a surprise. Tell me why this florist called her to verify her address instead of calling me?? I am so mad. I will never ever use this business again
This florist went above and beyond for a delivery that was called in. I told them right away this could potentially be a one of a kind order. The lady I spoke with, kept me in the loop until we had a resolution. They were so kind and amazing - not once got irritated with what I was trying to accomplish.
I needed flowers for a last-minute project, and after calling several florists, Friendly Florist came through! They had exactly what I needed and had everything ready for pickup when I arrived. The customer service was outstanding; from Phyllis, who took my order over the phone, to Holly, who took great care of me at the register. Friendly Florist definitely lives up to its name. Highly recommend!
