After driving over an hour after church to buy a canoe the owner had posted online. We arrive to a guy in a vehicle outside warning us that after they paid to see the falls they were kicked out because the owner saw one of the group wearing a NRA shirt and immediately kicked them out without giving them their money back. My husband walked in minding his own business and asked to see the canoe that was posted and owner immediately asked who he voted for and my husband being an honest man told. The owner screamed profanities m... read more
DO NOT bring children here. The owner is a sleazy creep. What an awful time our family had!
They need a new owner for sure!! How are you a Veteran but against an American Flag shirt?? Mentally brainwashed from Covid
Terrible service don't think the people that work here ever take a bath the old man smells terrible. Seen cock roaches all over I guess this is why they no longer serve food. Pass this one by folks. And the staff are rude as hell
If you are pro 2nd Amendment, DO NOT SUPPORT this business. First of all the are charging $2 a person for something that should be free. As an FYI, they no longer serve food. After my son slipped in this place I was helping him put his shoe back on, my shirt came up slightly revealing my legally concealed handgun. He told me not to come back, he is the only person that is allowed to carry a gun here. I asked hi... read more
I am shocked at how my family was treated by this business. We had 17 people in our party from age 68 to age 5 ... white & black mixed family. First of all we all had masks and simply stopped because we wanted to see the natural waterfall. WOW... what a bad attitude & horrible experience. I’m shocked for this beautiful area that someone could be so rude & mean. One person simply asked “do you believe in masks” (while wearing a mask!). Owner immediately kicked the entire family out. I never even made it to the entrance... read more
i would give no stars if i could. Me and my husband stopped in there on saturday ( we are locals) to see the falls. last time we were here it was free but we didnt mind that they started charging however the person at desk refused to allow us in. He asked if my husband had another mask he could wear and when we told him no he told us we needed to vacate his premises. My husband was wearing a mask that had a rebel flag on it that we bought in gatlinburg at cooters place. He was very rude and I will not be back there.
