Amazing service and fantastic staff!
Great staff! I’ve been meaning to set up my appointment but the receptionist has been on top of it with friendly email reminders. They educated on the importance of a routine exam and were able to quote my insurance. Amazing customer service! I’ll be booking with them soon
Terrible place to go. I needed my prescription and when I got there on time, I went to the pre-exam room and saw the optomap machine which from experience I knew they would charge me $30 extra which i asked if I could opt out since im a college student and im on a budget. She said no. Then what I thought would be an optometrist but he said he was an ophthalmologist which if you know are two every different specialist. And afterwards he looked at my eyes he said Nope im not giving you a perception. And turned me away. So inst... read more
