Zero stars. I I obtained a prescription at this location but currently having issues with my new glasses. I called this location multiple times and they've failed to answer the line every time. Leaving this at a one star until someone can provide customer service.
The eye exam visit went very well. The technician was kind and competent in a comfortable setting. I had never had a remote eye exam before, and I'm happy and impressed at how well it went. A friendly and attentive optometrist who, while not physically in the room, performed the exam as if he was. A good and positive experience.
