Exam was fine just standard. My contacts prescription did not match that of the sample I was given and didn't want to order that brand without trying them first as I have had issues with contacts before. I and my wife have called multiple times for three days to get either a new script or new samples but they will keep blaming the doctors and will not return our calls when we leave messages. Will not be going back to here.
This was my first time there and they are very professional and quick. The doctor was very soft spoken and kind. I will be returning
I always enjoy my experience, it is always smooth, easy, and quick! And if you ever get the chance to have Ben helping you pick out the perfect lenses for you, you are in for a treat! It’s been about a month since I went to get my glasses and when I saw him, we picked up right where we left off! We caught up on anything and everything we talked about in my first visit and he remembered everything little thing. It’s not every day you get customer service like that, next time I stop by the mall, I may just stop by to say hi!!
