Great experience all around. Quick visit and doctor was friendly and knowledgeable.
Doctor is kind and I like her. My problem is the staff when collecting copays. I questioned my copay at the time of collection. She assured me it was with my insurance and they were in network as I asked twice. However, I call back today and was informed a portion of my charge was for services not covered by insurance which I was unaware of and did not consent to. No explanation was given other than I don't know I wasn't working.
Highly professional. The technicians were helpful and very skilled with state of the art machines. Dr Tran was thorough and careful. Very attentive. I highly recommend Dr. Trand and Friendly Eyes Optometry
