I had posted a positive review for the “LensCrafters” review, but since then, I noticed that on my glasses receipt, for the new ones ordered, there is a $34.99 1 year protection plan. A: I was not asked if I wanted it, B: Nor was I informed of any pricing information, and C: There was nothing explained to me about what this coverage entails. This was a disappointing find.
