Justin Johnson has done excellent work for me on several jobs and I highly recommend him. He’s on time, accurate, efficient and will tell you straight out whether something is worth doing, as well as offer less expensive options. He installed ceiling fans in 2 rooms that previously had none, replaced ceiling light fixtures and modified which switches controlled what and fixed up my outside light fixtures when the siding guys screwed them up. He’s the first person I think of when someone needs any electrical work done.

They are 2 miles from my house so I wanted to give them the business. Two different projects, called and left messages, never heard a thing back either time.

I had Friendly Electric out to my house in Shakopee because my 40-amp range breaker kept tripping. Justin figured out the problem right away, replaced the breaker, and got my range working again. He was fast, professional, and explained everything in a way that made sense. He showed up on time, wore floor shoe protectors, cleaned up after himself, and was really easy to work with. You can tell he knows what he’s doing, and he had a good idea what the issue was before he even started. I highly recommend Friendly Electric. Hon... read more

I had a great experience working with Justin. He not only did excellent work installing and changing out multiple light fixtures, but also helped pick lighting options that fit the space perfectly. I kept adding “just one more light” along the way, and he was always flexible, responsive, and willing to come back out. Everything turned out great, and the whole process was easy from start to finish. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality work and great customer service!
