*UPDATE* Received a phone call, I did miss his name. Said he stands by his tech, that I must have had a cheap tire iron. (Its OEM) and that they did nothing wrong, except the masks which he discussed with employees. Or maybe corrosion. Which is a line of BS, its not corroding like that in 1 week. first and foremost, there is a sign right on the service door that says "Masks Required" I get inside all masked up and NOT A SINGLE EMPLOYEE is wearing a mask. they diagnose areas not asked and then charge a diagnostic fee. Traveled over an hour to meet with Dan M. and it was totally worth the trip. Dan was able to find the laser blue Jeep that is the PERFECT color. We will be bringing all of our business here and will buy our next Ram, that will be blue too, at Friendly Dodge Chrysler Jeep with Dan. Anthony was great, too!
