We moved away from the Lowell area and went to different dentists, but after a while we decided to go back to Dr. Shu's office. The best dentist I ever had. The entire staff is fantastic, including his son Timothy. First time in my life I enjoy going to the dentist. ;)

This dentist's skill is poor, sometimes his work needs to be redone, also Jeff Shu's morality has problems, When he learned a family husband sudden passed away with heart attack, he told the wife never bring son to see him for dental treatment anymore, although the little boy had seen Shu for dental care since infant, now the boy is in middle school, Shu is afraid that the family lost dental insurance, can not offered to pay him. Although Shu's X ray equipment is behind, it scares little kids and make them traumatized.
