Dr. Timothy Shu lives up to the friendly dental name. He is super warm, very easy to talk to, and also very transparent with his explanations.
Dr. Timothy Shu has been outstanding since my first visit for a dental crown restoration. He checked in with me every step of the way, ensuring my bite was perfectly adjusted. Since then, he has been extremely detail-oriented in describing his findings during every visit. This clearly demonstrates that he genuinely cares about my long-term oral health. Finally, Friendly Dental Center’s financial transparency has been clear and upfront.
We moved away from the Lowell area and went to different dentists, but after a while we decided to go back to Dr. Shu's office. The best dentist I ever had. The entire staff is fantastic, including his son Timothy. First time in my life I enjoy going to the dentist. ;)
