We’ve previously used this company for about $30,000 worth of work but we will not be using them again. We can look past the poor communication and never knowing when they’re going to show up (unless they want to collect payment, then they show up five minutes after they call or text you), but the final straw was leaving fence work unfinished and keeping (or shall I say stealing) the leftover wood that we paid for. Called about some work i needed done and the guy was extremely rude. I was explaining what I needed done would only take about 15 minutes but would require equipment for leveling an area behind my garage. He came back interrupting with, "I don't care if the job is 10 minutes or 3 hours my rate is $300 an hour", I said you don't have to be so rude and hung up.
