This is tho worst dry cleaning ever!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They lost my clothes twice. First time was my pants and they completely avoided any accountability claiming I never dropped off . Second time was my dress and matching jacket. The owner say their camera only goes back a month he can’t review them after i know I dropped them off. AVOID THIS ESTABLISHMENT AT ALL COST. Awful service awful company and zero accountability !
07/18/26: Despite many attempts to speak with the owner to resolve the issue of my ruined polo shirt, the owner has declined each time. No in-person meeting, no phone call, no email/text…nothing. I’ve been bringing my clothes here since this business started. The new management/owner doesn’t care about customer service and or satisfaction. I’ve asked repeatedly why prices keep changing for example a pair of pants and shirt were $16 last week and same set this week is almost $20. I ask employee and he wants to tell me it’s a special shirt BS it’s a pilot uniform you see the same every couple days. I will not be back and won’t recommend this place after 11 plus years I’m done.
