I’m giving 3 stars because they had arrived at exactly the time stated & they were very polite & it had smelled clean when they left. However, this was my very first time ever paying for a professional cleaning & overall I was disappointed. Not everything was done that said was included. After the cleaning, there was still heavy layers of dust on all the blinds, dust on areas throughout the house, the backsplash in the kitchen did not feel cleaned, the exterior of the trash can was not cleaned, still some dirty/sticky spots ... read more
