**PSA:** Stay far away from Friendly Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram of Hamilton. I have been without my own vehicle for **nearly five months** and counting. First, it was a failed gear shifter. Now it's a loud noise that their technicians have been unable to locate, diagnose, or repair after months of trying. To make matters worse, I hit a deer while driving one of their loaner vehicles. I recently purchased my 2024 power wagon from here about a month ago, and honestly it was the easiest vehicle buying experience I've ever had. I worked with Keegan, and Tanner, an i most say these guys are top notch, knowledgeable and most of all, they are not pushy salesmen, simply they offered some additional options, like warranty and such, and if the answer was no, they just simply moved on to the next item. Highly recommend these guys and this dealership.
