Stephanie was very patient, pleasant, and helpful. But then when she called her manager to get an approval on my check she denied it for no reason as my business was closed. There is no law or policy about this just a Karen that wasted an hour of my day. ChatGPT confirmed this was a rogue manager and only should not have been cashed if it wasn’t a good check. It was literally from the utility company and a refund check. It’s almost like Karen could ba e googled it or searched it before denying it and wasting my time.
