They are very friendly and easy to deal with.
When I ordered zebra sheets from this company, they promised me that this is your friend and you shouldn’t have any problem with the motorized shades and the battery should last for at least six months before we need any charge but after we installed the shades, we started charging the battery of my windows left and right Every other week and after contacting this company, the owner is telling me that you pay for the Camry you get the Camry you pay for the Mercedes you get the Mercedes so he’s not taking any responsibility t... read more
We moved into a new home in Cross Creek West. We got many bids for shades for our new beautiful windows. Johnny with Friendly Blinds & Shutters was friendly, professional, explained the process well, took measurements & gave a reasonable quote. We decided to go with their business. I am so glad that I did! I just love the shades & the installation was smooth & painless.
Johnny and his family at Friendly blinds and shutters were amazing to work with. I called on a Wednesday they were able to measure my windows that Saturday. They explained the process of ordering and shipping would take 2+ weeks. Which we were okay on. They came out and installed less than 45 minutes. Amazing people and great customer service. 20/10 would recommend to anyone.
