I had a service appointment and dropped of my car as scheduled. The front gal that made the appointment scheduled it on a day in the past but even with their mistake, took my keys and moved on. Strike one.They had my car all day and getting close to their closing time I called to find that they didn't work on the car at all. Strike two. I picked up the car to go elsewhere.
