I went in to get a specific thing fixed. After telling me a price of the phone they added another $100 in person. After i paid with every penny i had, i left with my car, my check engine light was on and the car didn't run as smoothly as it did before i gave it to them and the light wasnt on before and they told me that there's supposedly "another problem" with the car which i knew it didn't have before and it was going to be double the amount i paid for already. I enjoyed coming to friendly auto for my safety inspection. Jay was very friendly and helpful to arrange an appointment the same day. The inspection was thorough and quick. Very satisfied with the good service.
I had a very good experience here. I got my car inspection done super quickly as well as had my brake pads and rotors changed. They did a very good job and were transparent with the costs which were very fair and reasonable. I will be going here for any future car needs and would recommend to anyone with car issues coming here.
