Ive been tried to get my car towed into a correct spot for hours now and i have not been able to get into contact with anyone. One driver couldnt park the vehicle into the spot right, so i ve been waiting for the other driver for at least 7 hrs now

Needed roadside assistance and no one showed up at the time they confirmed for over an hour. Called company numerous times to get an ETA with no return call or updates on the situation, then they stopped taking my calls. We had to buy tools and change battery on our own. Would not recommend this company.

I waited over 3 hours for a tow in July heat with 2 small children in my car. FAST was aware of this when I called to check in and lied about the location of the driver. I called again half an hour later with no reply. I finally called my insurance provider to contact FAST and the dispatcher gave them the same story of the driver being 15 min out. I ended up having to call a friend to leave work and take us home while we researched a more professional company. 0/10. Definitely do NOT recommend
