everywhere else was shut. BUT…not friendlies cuisine. in what was looking like a particularly dark time mentally and physically , it was the light in my life. A simple order or salt n pepper chicken n chips was the cure to my depression. Never have i experienced a chinese takeaway like this. The service, a 10. The food, a 10. The atmosphere, a 10. From the bottom of my heart, Thank you friendless cuisine, you saved me

I thought I would try this place again but it was very underwhelming. Chips re-heated, salt and pepper chicken was dry, chicken satay was disappointing (why add water chestnuts? it made the whole thing smell like an animals cage). But it’s a lesson learned, I won’t be back here.
