Nate personally reached out to me after a miscommunication and an unhappy review. Overall, my experience with Friend and Reagan has been positive. There was a minor discrepancy which he hastily reviewed and handled. If I still lived in the gorge, I would rely on them again!

They are extremely trustworthy and easy to work with. Tax season in general can be stressful but year after year, Friend & Regan puts me completely at ease with their diligence and expertise. I called to inquire of they would be interested in bringing our large business on as a client and was actually told 'No thank you.' Don't waste your time, very unhelpful and unprofessional.
