MR. TURNER IS A LIAR AND A THIEF AND DESERVES TO BE DISBARRED for taking advantage of the economically disadvantaged client, who may also not be very good at math and may not know how to calculate 33% or 40%!!!!! I wish I could give Mr. Turner a 0-star rating and this entire firm for continuing to employ an attorney who financially takes advantage of his clients; trying to charge more than the contractual 33% (in my case) if the case does not go to trial and 40% if it does go to trial (mine did not).
