Replaced air conditioner and furnace with Napoleon heat pump and furnace. The office staff were very helpful and arranged a salesman visit for a quote promptly. The salesman, Todd, was knowledgeable and personable. I chose Canadian manufactured Napoleon following his recommendation as to product output volume to match our house.
