I had my a/c serviced by Steve and I’m very happy with the service I received. He was professional, friendly and helpful. He explained everything clearly. I would definitely recommend Friel and would use them again in the future.
Our furnace is in great shape thanks to Jim, the service rep. He's cleaned it since we owned the house. He is so thorough with everything he does and he is great guy too

During this most recent scorching heat wave my air conditioner stopped working. After an after-hours call to Friel (10:30 PM on a Saturday night) I received a call (within 10 minutes) from the service tech (Keelan). Keelan was here the following morning as he'd indicated. He was courteous, informative and pleasant AND he fixed the problem! The part that needing replacing was accomplished and my AC was restored. Excellent results I'm so pleased with. THANK YOU!
