Had Friel come by for a maintenance appointment for both my furnace and air conditioning! The technician, Steve Sprague, was great. Very informative and helpful!
Steve Sprague was exceptionally thorough. He explained everything about our furnace and air conditioner. He is coming back next week to flush our water heater. We will ask for him next year for our furnace inspection.
