Receptionist had a very "hood" attitude and could tell the other staff was very low on having patience with her. I didn't even stay for my appt... I'll go some where else. She was rude ,and very poorly trained in her job. One rotten apple can spoil the whole bunch
BEWARE** INSURANCE FRAUD** WILL BILL FOR SERVICES NOT COMPLETED** WILL CHARGE YOU AND YOUR INSURANCE MAX AMOUNT FOR SERVICES** We have reported them to VSP. Please beware, I just got off of the phone with VSP insurance and are in the process of disputing services that Friedrichs charged us for and never completed. We paid the bill as we trusted them to be honest. THEY WERE NOT. We had 1 issue, called Friedrichs to help, they were rude and unprofessional.
