I called about them going to give my mom an estimate for windows to be repaired in her home. They never came then when I called back he told me that he said that if he was in that area he would do it. He did not say that! He was rude!! Very unprofessional and I told him that if he couldn't or wouldn't do it thenhe could just say. He said ok then that's what I'll do, I'll just gone and tell u that I'm not gone do it!! You get to deal with Wayne, the owner. This guy has been the glass business nearly all his life and knows everything about the last, when shiels, and windows in houses I know he does a lot of commercial work but I have not used him for that purpose. In this day and time it's just good to get somebody that shows up when they say they will, and does the work for the agreed to amount.
