Friedrich Jewelers has been phenomenal to work with! My fiance purchased my engagement ring here, and we of course returned for our wedding bands. With our wedding celebration being postponed, my fiance and I still wanted to get married on our original date, and Doug assured us we would have our rings! When I decided to finally.....finally ask my girlfriend to marry her, I had a lot of choices of stores to buy a ring. The big names didnt impress me and many small places didnt seem to want to make it personal. Then I went to Friedrichs and found my place! Jackie and her husband are overly friendly, making you feel at home, with a warm smile that made me feel confident. Throughout the long process of buying they patiently helped and guided me. I am very happy with my purchase. I will go back for my jewelery needs.

I stopped in to have a diamond reset. Very friendly owners and staff. The price to reset was fantastic. I will now be doing my jewelry shopping with them. You cannot beat family owned jewelers for service and quality hands down Vs the chain stores. I highly recommend this jeweler for a special shopping experience.

Wonderful family owned business! Doug and Jacquelyn are very kind and beyond helpful...they work closely with you to find or create exactly what you're looking for. My parents have been customers here since the '80s...it's the only place they will go to purchase and fix jewelry...and I intend to carry on that tradition for years to come! Hands down, the best jewelry business around. I highly recommend them to everyone...even friends and family out of state!
