Don't expect to talk to anyone. Phone rings and goes directly to voicemail, which is full. No matter which extension you choose.

If I could leave LESS THAN one star I would. They are TRASH. Zero customer service. They ship out incorrect equipment and then LIE to distributors about what they have in stock and LIE about when said items will be shipped. They fail customers and distributors left and right, you cannot get assistance when you call, their customer service agents are rude, disrespectful and totally unprofessional. When I asked to speak to a member of the leadership team, I was hung up on. This is how they do business. Avoid.

Avoid Friedrich at All Costs – 24 Years and Nothing Has Changed Back in the early 2000s, I learned the hard way that Friedrich is all marketing and no substance. I purchased twelve 14,000 BTU units for my apartment building $890 each ($10,680 before tax) because I believed I was buying a premium, long-lasting product. Where is the zero stars. This company might be the worst I've ever seen. Put 2 brand new wall units in the house 4 years ago. Fast forward 25 months later and the bedroom unit stopped working. Went and purchased a brand new unit from PC richards to replace it. 20 months later the new unit stops working. Pc richards replaced the unit in june 2025. The replaced unit has stopped working less than 50 days later. We also replaced an older air conditioner in the living room in April of 2023 with a friedrich. We don't use the room.... read more

This company official wins for the worst Communication, replies take 3 weeks between the reps and suppliers and HVAC contractorsl, it's mid summer and they can not source evap coils that are in 3 years old. We are getting eta of October - December when we were told 3 weeks in May, they should really reach out when timeline changes and work on solutions with contractors/ suppliers.
