This review is for Charles, who works in the service department, not the company he was very helpful in solving an ongoing problem. On a mini in a mini split.
Worst HVAC company ever! Does not honor their warranty so be very wary when you purchase Friedrich products. Their customer service lies and try their best to avoid getting your product replaced under warranty. Had a 3 year old HVAC heat pump failed and they denied the warranty because the equipment was not purchased from their authorized dealer. Then how are the 'Unauthorized Dealer' getting their equipment. This company is such a shame. Beware!
As far as AC units go they're not bad. The company it self scams the consumer by not standing by their warranty. Spoke with multiple agents and contacted over 20 companies that wont service my unit or I am too far to provide a diagnostic report. Go in their Second Through Fifth Year warranty and no where does it say diagnostic or diagnostic report. Spoke with Melicia today for over 30 minutes, still on hold waiting to be connected to a manager. Was told not to bother because the other rep will tell me there is nothing they c... read more
