I went there to buy a weed wacker, and I did. It cost over $500. During the check out process they couldn't scan the code for the warranty because an employee had put an overstock sticker on it. So, after I paid, they had me go to a computer screen by the tools to sign me up for my warranty, but they didn't know how to use it. One guy asks the team for assistance over the radio. Basically good. Prices somewhat high, about the same as Home Depot, much more than Walmart. Periodic percentage off sales are great for high priced items.
My favorite home improvement store in Ukiah. They have knowledgeable sales people that are very helpful.
