Very rude staff, Lucille seems like she hates her job no caring bone in her body did not treat me like a person. Dr. Friedman unprofessional, explains nothing. I had to ask him to explain in detail. Shows no care, no reassurance. not a helpful place for your health problems/ Concerns to get solved. Very uneasy practice

Thank God we met Dr Friedman because he saved my daughter’s life. She was misdiagnosed by a foot and angle surgeon. My daughter cried to this so-called surgeon who she saw for several months. She said her pain was so severe and traveled from her shin to her calves down to her toes. Finally he suggested she see Dr Friedman who was about to leave. He gave my daughter a sonogram and told her she had a blood clot. They operated on her the very next day and put a stent in her leg. If that clot had traveled up, my daughter... read more

I went to Dr. Friedman from Brooklyn based on a recommendation. I have a AAA that needed to be repaired and was ready to blow. At 60, it's not and easy fix and I was nervous. Dr. Friedman explained everything to me, the potentially good, and potentially not so good and was more than willing to answer all my questions, and there were a lot. Following a car accident which resulted in a lot of pain and a lot of Doctors, I was sent to see Dr. Friedman for a potential bilateral vascular issue in my arms and legs. Scary. Needless to say, I was nervous about the testing. Everyone at Dr. Friedman's office was fantastic and put me at ease! Very unprofessional staff and Dr. Friedman is the same as his staff. I was approached by one of the male staff went I was coming out of the bathroom and he was standing right in front me telling me to go into that room I was so frighten I asked for what ? 'He said for your test' and I asked him what test? I haven't seen the doctor yet ,he couldn't explain what test. I got so disoriented and confused i couldn't find the exit to the waiting room.
