If you see that your prospective property is managed by Friedman, RUN. I live in one of their properties and have been having heating and maintenance issues since February. The staff at my complex is neglectful, uncommunicative, and unprofessional. This includes the property manager Harold, as well as the regional manager Sarah Akers. I am a current tenant at Ridgeline at Canton, which is a part of Friedman’s portfolio. The tenant-facing staff in the office is wonderful, but it’s quite blatantly obvious that Friedman Real Estate does not care about or respect them. They are kind and patient, but highly undertrained and overworked, and forced to answer directly for Friedman’s lack of care for the property/tenants. The turnover rate is incredibly high. This company is horrible company, to deal with renting some space from them is nightmare. They don’t know how to cooperate with renters and they don’t care nothing more than money
