I want to rent a commercial property, but I can't get in touch with the agent from this company; they aren't answering my numerous calls or replying to my emails.
This company previously owned my current apartment complex. We have a pool here and both years they owned the complex, the pool never opened. They lied and said BOTH YEARS they would open it and just never did. The emails they sent out were also incredibly condescending and acted like WE were the problem for asking us where the amenity WE were promised and sold on would be available. If you see that your prospective property is managed by Friedman, RUN. I live in one of their properties and have been having heating and maintenance issues since February. The staff at my complex is neglectful, uncommunicative, and unprofessional. This includes the property manager Harold, as well as the regional manager Sarah Akers. This is the worst apartment I've ever lived in. Maintenance marks work orders as completed when they haven't been. No one answers phones, returns calls, or answers emails.
