Spoke with Mr Ranzenhofer on a couple occasions regarding a matter. The first call went ok and then I was instructed to call back to further discuss. The second call was odd as Mr Ranzenhofer did not remember the case we spoke of and I was again instructed to call back. I was told by a secretary he would return my third call which never happened.
