Dr. Friedman and staff are stellar. Very professional and attentive. I've been seeing Dr. Friedman through the VA for various conditions at the Payson office for a few years now. He is very patriotic and compassionate with regard to veterans. Dr Friedman has performed several surgeries, in-patient as well as out- patient at the Scottsdale surgery center. Excellent patient care. Very attentive and detailed explanation always given before hand. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Friedman and staff for your medical needs.

I had an appt with Dr. Friedman’s office a few months ago. My visit was good. When I checked out, I was told I did not owe anything. However, a few weeks after my appt, I received a bill. I was surprised and frustrated after initially being told I didn’t owe anything. I tried calling them to discuss the balance and payment options, but no one ever answered. Dr. Friedman, professional, patient, friendly. Solved my ear problem which had bothered me for several months. Step by step (we) fixed the problem. Dr. explained every step of the way. His three assistants are pleasant, very accommodating and professional. The whole experience was one of the best doctor/patient/staff interactions I've ever had. Thank you.

Been waiting for the office staff to get authorization for a procedure. I call to check and I'm told flatly, we'll call you when we get it. No other convo, just that. This has been going on for weeks. No confidence in the people taking the calls at the "front desk".
