I called today to ask if they did Invisalign. They said yes. I asked if they did ACTUAL Invislaign and not a different off-brand system. She said they did a different system. So I said, "So you DON'T do Invisalign?" (to clarify). Well, I guess that aggravated her because she told me to "call back when I was ready to make an appointment" and just hung up on me. I called back and she said she was Tilly the office manager. Not a good way to treat people.....

I have heard great things about this orthodontist! The office manager treats everyone with such respect and is always there to insure everyone gets the best care! Thank you tilly hersh for all that you do!! 💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙

Dr Friedman denied my daughters acceptance letter from insurance company after they themselves submitted it when they saw how much insurance would pay , after 3 months of waiting and getting approval my daughter was patiently waiting , she is in a lot of pain because she has an impacted tooth and nowhere for it to go that is why the urgency of the braces he knows that and after receiving the approval instead of thinking of my daughter he smdeniedbit because he usually gets 6500.00 is the quote without insurance that most peo... read more
