If I could put no stars, I would I’ve been trying to contact these people for years. I’ve never got a call back. I go up there and they tell me I have to make an appointment, but I can’t make an appointment at the front desk. Somebody will call me back, which they’ve been telling me for years and still haven’t got a call back.

I am extremely disappointed with the quality and ethics of the legal services I received. We had a clear agreement regarding the timeline for filing Form I-589. However, the attorney delayed the submission for an entire week without explanation, which violated our agreement and put me in a highly vulnerable position.
