Saw good reviews of Doctor Leila and made an appointment. But when I arrived at the office early morning (15 mins prior to my appointment time), I was told the appointment was cancelled because the doctor wasn’t feeling well. Totally understandable but can’t you at least give me a heads up? There was no email or text or phone call. Maybe the business is too good so they can be disrespectful and don’t care people wasting their time?
This clinic does not accept Medicaid. I checked that the doctor was in network, booked an appointment, was able to make the doctor my pcp, inputted my insurance information online, and somehow through all these steps I was not once stopped. I got to the clinic and they turned down care for me and the person at the reception went to say “you need new insurance” and that I need to seek care somewhere that “doesn’t discriminate against Medicaid.” Not very professional in my opinion, just wasted a lot of time.
