They have update it policies and now they are flourishing.
Dr. Hagshenas is excellent, the rest of the office staff are not trans competent in the slightest. There is no direct way to contact the office. The phone number goes to a generic answering service who can’t help with even the most basic requests. Staff also do not respond in the online portal. I’ve had my appointment cancelled at the very last minute multiple times and it hasn’t been communicated until ~10 minutes before the appointment time. If it weren’t for Dr. H there would be zero things that are redeeming about this p... read more
