great service....great company.....cheapest screen place in oxnard
Friedley's Glass has been in business for quite a while. I had a pretty bad experience with them about 10 years ago, but things have definitely changed. When I was first there 10 years ago, I ordered a screen door that took over a month to get installed. I was extremely disappointed with the timeframe and ended up using Quality Windows to install my windows. Quality Windows ended up giving me a quote that seemed reasonable. Had these guys install my screen door over a year ago. It still looks and fits great and they had a ton of options to choose from. The owner personally came out to install my screen door and dealt with all of my concerns effortlessly. I'll be using them again when I need more work done.
Good Service...Good people......always helpful...they dont try to rip you off like many other glass companies i have had do work for me in the area. I will stick with them.
Went in to the store to buy some parts and screen door rollers a couple of days ago and everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable. They spent 10 mins looking for a part that only cost $4.00! I had went to a shop nearby first and the people in the office seemed very rude and dismissive. They just told me they did not have the part and that it would take 2 weeks to get a roller! I'm glad I drove by Friendly's on my way home and made the decision to stop by.
I spoke with a lady in the office to do my screens a couple days ago. She was very helpful and they got my screens done within a day or two even though I am located in Fillmore, over 20 miles from their shop! Both the office lady (Delijah I think her name is) and the installer were very knowledgeable and incredibly nice. I look forward to replacing my windows with them in the future and will definitely recommend them to my friends and family.
Great company to work with. Very reliable! Everyone in the office is very friendly and the guy who came out to install my screen doors did wonderful work. I will definitely use this company again.
They installed our new replacement windows and I could not be more satisfied. I spoke with the owner, Brad, and he was extremely helpful and professional. He even agreed to meet me after hours when I said I could not get off work. All in all, I had a great experience and will be referring Friedley's to anyone who asks.
Charged me twice what I would have paid anywhere else for a sliding screen door with a pet door. They saw my dog when they measured and when the door came, the pet door wouldn't even fit a large cat. I sent it back. Now they have my money and said two more weeks. Made an appointment and waited till fivepm. Called and secretary said she called both my phone numbers and left messages. Ha!!
