SCAM!!! Moved into Icon at Park Circle in North Charleston, SC - DO NOT MOVE HERE. Unless you want to be ignored and denied basic livable units. The office is unresponsive and make false promises about maintenance and repairs. SCAM!!!!!! I do not recommend renting anything from this company they will take your funds with false promises and lies also the homes are very outdated and I viewed approximately four of there properties in charlotte NC all with dead roaches inside…..
