This is regarding your Venue Apartment homes- Burlington Nc First off, let me start by saying the venue team is awesome. Devon, Kaitlin, Jerry and the rest of the maintenance team was in my opinion top notch. What I did have an issue with, is the roach infestation that my family was forced to live with for a year. A big corporation like Friedlam partners llc should not be allowing this at all. For a year, we found roaches in places they should’ve never been. We shouldn’t have had roaches AT ALL.
