Aug.2, 2024 moved into J2B to Icon Durham apartments in 1500 Duke University Road, Durham, NC 27701. Place was roach infested, holes in the floors, walls and main door. Mold in the closets and under the AC. Behind the radiators are 1-2inch space between the floor and base boards. The main door has holes in the frame and visible hallway light shines through for more roaches to come in. Bathroom was filthy with caked on dirt within the shower tiles.
