Management, maintenance and this trailer park sucks. I will not call it a mobile home park because that's too nice a name. It's very noisy with all these jerks and their loud obnoxious car stereos. They have more renters than owners living here. Nothing but loud ass transients. More and more low lifes. Very inconsiderate and loud.
I recently bought a mobile home. It was a process but it went very smoothly. Tammy, the Park Manager, was excellent to work with throughout the process. She was professional, explained everything well, and made sure it all met my expectations. So far it's a quiet lovely place to live. The neighbors I have encountered have all been friendly and introduced themselves.
We bought a 2024 Champion mobile home in 12/23 in Frieden Manor Schuylkill Haven Pa. We had quite a few issues that needed repaired which fell under the Champion warranty. These were repaired by Champion with no problem. Obviously they stand behind their products. The other issues we have had unfortunately fell under the contract with UMH, the owners of this park. At first, they were willing to address the issues . We are getting a hard time by Josn Satterzahn when we reported our air conditioning unit making a very loud vib... read more
