I invest with this agency and have been doing so for about 20 years. They have made me a lot money. Sam and Josh are responsive and give sound advice.
I have been a loyal customer for years, I paid on time everytime, they got their money. They are on top of new sign ups, but employees that are no longer here or passed away is not their priority, that's all the responsibility they have is to sign new people up, everything else is on you, all they care about is taking payment and do NOT have any type of customer service. I had a supplemental GAP insurance that I had been paying for years, I asked how to file my first claim and all I got was an email saying you should have go... read more
