I have been a loyal customer for years, I paid on time everytime, they got their money. They are on top of new sign ups, but employees that are no longer here or passed away is not their priority, that's all the responsibility they have is to sign new people up, everything else is on you, all they care about is taking payment and do NOT have any type of customer service. I requested an insurance quote 3 weeks ago and I'm still waiting for one! They aren't returning my calls at all or emails or texts. I'm a pretty healthy person so I don't know why they're avoiding me. If they can't insure me just say so. It's just very odd. I've talked to 2 different people there and both of them are avoiding me.
