I highly recommend coming here!! I brought my kitty Moo in for a check up & vaccine visit. Front desk staff was super helpful by calling my previous vet for records, and were very sweet! The tech & doctor were very patient, gently and calm with my baby, he was super anxious at first (he hates car rides) but no flinches during vaccine or nail clipping! They were very informative. Thank you all so much!!
I like Dr Opielski very much. She doesn't push expensive services that aren't necessary. She seems to really like the cats, too.
Saw my pet very quickly, diagnosed problem and gave immediate treatment. Sooooo pleased!
Could not get an appointment at my Vet office for over 2 weeks. West Chester was on the list for possible fast treatment. I had used West Chester years before. I was on my way, but called and the were able to get me in. Everyone was was so nice and personable. They were gentle with my cat. Options were given and explained so I had the choice of treatment. I was also given sites to research for help at home. I have no hesitation on going back, just wish the office wasn't 50 minutes away.
