Pleasant enough but we agreed on 6.5" speakers with baffles. Left, came back and installed 5.25" speakers and no baffles. A complete 180 from what we agreed upon before I left. He had my number & should have called me for my approval, which I would not have approved. Also still managed to get it to the same price without the baffles and smaller speakers. I own 5 vehicles, will go elsewhere next time. Its too bad as I like to keep the $$$ in local small businesses.
