Jekyll and Hyde I had an extremely negative experience with Fridholm. The invoice was significantly higher than the estimate. They claimed that they did work beyond the scope of the estimate, but at no time during the work did they inform that they were doing work beyond scope. When I wanted to discuss this with them in order to find a reasonable solution Fridholm's secretary became extraordinarily rude. It was a real Jekyll and Hyde experience because they seemed so nice at the beginning of the project.
