Service tech was courteous, on time and did a great job.
The first time we had Fridge Worx come repair our refrigerator was in August of this year (2025) due to ice maker failure and a warm refrigerator. The technician found the problem and it was an easy fix (Evaporator fan motor). This time, there was water on the shelves and in the meat drawer. My husband found the problem on YouTube and repaired a clogged drain tube the day before the technician came. What a great company! The repair person (Randy) came out during the 'window' stated by the company. He then quickly diagnosed the problem with our washing machine. Fortunately, he had the broken part on his truck (drain pump) and replaced it in almost no time. Randy then ran a short cycle to ensure the washer was working correctly. We will definitely use Frige Worx in the future and certainly want to get Randy as well -- he was very friendly and extremely competent.
