Service tech was courteous, on time and did a great job.
The first time we had Fridge Worx come repair our refrigerator was in August of this year (2025) due to ice maker failure and a warm refrigerator. The technician found the problem and it was an easy fix (Evaporator fan motor). This time, there was water on the shelves and in the meat drawer. What a great company! The repair person (Randy) came out during the 'window' stated by the company. He then quickly diagnosed the problem with our washing machine. Fortunately, he had the broken part on his truck (drain pump) and replaced it in almost no time. Randy then ran a short cycle to ensure the washer was working correctly. We will definitely use Frige Worx in the future and certainly want to get Randy as well -- he was very friendly and extremely competent. excellent and professional service
This is my second time using Fridge Worx and I’m very happy with the work they did. First they fixed a refrigerator, then our washing machine. Both done timely, and costs were presented ahead of time. I’d recommend them to anyone needed repairs. Our serviceman was knowledgeable and very respectful.
