Very nice young man. He explained what he was doing and why. He cleaned up after he finished This is an addition to the above review. The first young a checked out a used washer I had bought and this young man (Randy), an older refrigerator that I’ve had a long time. Ditto on the wonderful service. The contact people on the phone were great as well. I highly recommend them.
Adan did a great job. He came to our home to access the refrigerator then came back to repair it. I am happy that FridgeWorx sent the same person for both trips.
Repairman quickly diagnosed the likely problem with our refrigerator freezer, dust clogging the coils. He vacuumed them clean. We hope that takes care of the problem. A day of two will tell. If it is fixed, we are delighted.
