Adan arrived midway through the arrival time range and diagnosed the problem within a minute of his arrival. The fix was pretty simple and there was no charge for the visit. What’s not to like? Excellent service

Good communication before planned visit , technican showed on time and prepared, although a repair couldn't be made it was worth it having a professional look at the issue... definitely will use them in the future if necessary
Randy let me know when he was on his way, and arrived in a timely manner. He was very professional and gave me choices as to fixing my dishwasher or purchasing a new one. There was absolutely no pressure from him at any time. He explained everything to me, and made sure the dishwasher worked before he left, it sounded perfect! Randy is as always, an excellent tech, he leaves the area spotless! I can’t say enough about FridgeWorx. You can’t go wrong with Randy. He knows everything about every appliance there is!
We decided to replace the compressor on our 22 year old fridge and Randy did a great job!
