Adan was a remarkably effective repair tech. He was creative in finding a solution for replacing the control electronics of our microwave. There were no more in stock with the manufacturer, so he found one on E-Bay. It had a minor assembly defect; by mechanically modifying the circuit board, he was able to make it fit and work. He is not only expert and clever, but polite and charming as well!
