I was struggling with shoulder pain for months. Dr Shannon assessed my should thoroughly using ultrasound imaging and quickly determined I had partial tears in 2 of my rotator cuff tendons. I only make reviews when I find a business that is incredible. Every person that works there is amazing. And today they got me through what I think was one of my worst days in a long time. So that was a big thanks from the bottom of my heart.
After struggling with debilitating back pain for more than two years, I can honestly say seeing Dr. Shannon at Friday Health has been life-changing. My family doctor had recommended massage therapy, which would provide relief for about 24 hours before I’d end up right back in crippling pain again. Extremely disappointing experience with Friday Health. They book you for one type of appointment, then charge you for something entirely different that you never requested. The communication was poor, the billing practices are unorganized, admin follow-up was unprofessional and the entire experience was unnecessarily stressful and frustrating. If you’re looking for a new naturopath, I would strongly recommend going elsewhere.
