Responded back to us right away when we got locked out of our car! Was able to squeeze us in to open our car that night - a life saver. And charged a super reasonable price. The best, can’t recommend enough!
Right before my wife and I had to get in the ferri we realized we had locked ourselves out of our car. We tried calling our insurance but seemed like it was going ti take some time so I looked online and found Gene. He got to us very fast in only 20mins and unlocked our car easily in a couple of more minutes. We told him we were likely going to miss our ferri and had to get a new hotel. Honest. Straight up. Couldn't possibly have had a better experience.
Gene is great! He was smart enough to ask if my vehicle was a "re-locker". Important to know, otherwise we soon as you unlock it, it locks again but even tighter. Then it has to be reprogrammed in order to get it unlocked!
