I am one of the caregivers of one of the patients from this office. Despite her being one of their patients for YEARS and never having any incidents prior to this, the patient lost her purse with all her medications inside. Staff took days to call in the medications (no concern for the side effects from not taking her daily medicine) and it was only after we went into the office in person were "some" of the medications sent electronically.
