I am writing to formally submit a complaint regarding the professional conduct of attorney Roy E. Ogden. This matter pertains to his representation involving the Board of Realtors, which I believe began around 2009. During this time, Mr. Ogden utilized discriminatory tactics that have had a profound and lasting negative impact on my life. I am still suffering the consequences of his actions today. John Fricks is an outstanding attorney, with a critically sharp mind and incredible grasp of law. His advice/counsel to me has always been sound and balanced and I highly recommend his services.
Krista Sabin.a lawyer who works at this firm is unethical, irresponsible and has handled her role in administering my mother's trust in such a bad way that she has damaged the beneficiaries. She misquotes the law, is self-interested, doesn't provide candor to third parties in letters and pleadings , is non transparent, mishandled filings procedurally, filed the wrong petition and gave wrong advice.
