Initially called Gary in to price a "future project" to replace our beach condo's main breaker panel, but after a few hours with a new water heater drawing on a failing breaker, in a panel that we could see was corroded from decades of salt air, we smelled burning. Frick quickly saw the urgency, cut our main power, flipped us with another job, and replaced our panel same-day. All with professionalism (and some humor...).
