I had an appointment at Friar Tux and still waited about 15 minutes before anyone helped me. When someone finally did, I just wanted to browse suits and tuxedos for my wedding - but the experience was anything but smooth. The associate kept pushing some group deal I had no interest in and repeatedly asked for the full names of people in my wedding party, even though many of them weren’t present, already had suits, or don’t even live in the state.
