The service was phenomenal at this store. We came in with 12 people for fitting and the team members worked diligently to help everyone out. They made the experience personal, fun, and friendly! Our order was so large, and mistakes were made; however it was quickly resolved. I would recommend checking your order completely before leaving. Jonathan, the assistant manager, made my experience at Friar Tux so incredible. He answered all my questions and helped me piece together good combinations, while being extremely patient and kind. I don’t usually write reviews but I could just feel the willingness to help and kind heartedness in Jonathan; I ended up purchasing two suits with him because of how great the experience was. If you ever need a suit and don’t know where to start, ask for Jonathan. He’ll get you right. Keep up the good work!
I’ve been a Friar Tux customer for years, both as a groom and as a groomsman in more weddings than I can count. I know how this process is supposed to go. I picked up my suit the Saturday before a Sunday wedding and the sizes were all off. Wrong pants, wrong jacket, wrong shirt. Not a great feeling 24 hours out.
