My cousin requested a suit to get delivered to a different location upon the initial rental and the order was not sent to the correct location. He had called in to get it sent to the correct location and was told that it was set to arrive by a certain date, but upon notification that the suit was ready, and after calling the desired location, we were told the order was never put in. Great customer service!
Really impressed with customer service I hadn’t been to one in about 33 years . The friendliness and efficiency of just getting sized for all items out of the store in 20 min. Then the pickup of my suit and shoes. Again very easy . Drop off was great as well so thank you Friar tux in h.b. For sure would use again in the future and recommend highly to someone.
