This is a long overdue review. My husband and his groomsmen rented tuxedos from Friar Tux, and while the process started off smoothly, it ended up being extremely stressful and disappointing. Ray, the manager, initially assisted us and was professional and helpful when placing the order. I specifically pointed to a mannequin and requested that exact suit combination, including long ties (not bowties).
