We had a horrible experience with this Friar Tux! From the moment we started with them, they were rude. I made an appt for my now husband, father, brother & nephew to be fitted for our wedding. The employees were rude from the moment we walked in. They seemed like they were bothered with our business. If we weren't crunched for time, I would have just walked out & waited to go to another Friar Tux, but all others were booked for the month & we needed to get the guys fitted asap. Worst customer service I ever experienced in my life, at the Anaheim California store. :/ went to get fitted for a tux and left feeling disappointed and cheated out of what should most certainly be a enjoyable experience ! ! ! I strongly do NOT recommend Friar Tux Shop .
